Welcome to Trivia1 ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a one-off product, or otherwise using trivia1.com and its games, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You can play for free with no account. Some features — hosting, saved purchases, AI name packs — create or require a free account, keyed to your email. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
Purchases & credits
Some items are one-time purchases (for example, an AI-generated name pack) and some features are metered in ONE Credits or Play tokens. Digital goods are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once generated, except where required by law or at our discretion. Prices are shown before you pay.
Acceptable use
Don't use Trivia1 to break the law, harass others, post hateful or explicit content where it's read aloud in public, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to bypass metering and access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI-generated content
AI features (like the team-name generator) produce content on the fly. It may occasionally repeat, resemble other names, or miss the mark — it's provided "as is" for fun, with no guarantee of originality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
